As obvious from my presentation it is contextual that change is a multifaceted aspect and this is something that is very much a constant and leads to an effective evolution in the organisation. In terms of answering the aspects of motivation in the recent times focuses on the aspect of communication. It is available to mention that increasing communication is the most important workplace motivator for the employee.
