While the minimum wage was €194 a month in Bulgaria, it was as high as €1,923 in Luxembourg. Given that the average cost of an apartment in the city center of Luxembourg is €1,235.56, and in the city center of Sofia, Bulgaria is €224, which city is it easier to live off of the minimum wage?
