Are you bothered by an intense fear or phobia? If you were to list your worst fears, which ones would you include? Do you share some of the more common fears, such as the fear of snakes or spiders? Or are you bothered by other fears? What are you doing to overcome your fears? Managing the “blues.” Most of us have times when we feel down. The important thing is knowing how to handle ourselves so that we can snap out of such low moments. Write a page or so describing how you cope with discouragement and depression. How effective is your approach?
