Identification and Explanation of Specific Foundation Skills
    At the time of my performance of the different activities, I will focus on different foundation skills. An involvement of proper focus in the different foundation skills will help me to foster my capabilities in an effective way. In that context, the first foundation skill, which will be looked after, is communication. Communication is the basic aspects of the success of organizational activities. Without the involvement of proper communication, no one can reach the designed success graph. At the time of counseling two people are communicating with each other. The establishment of proper communication between those two people can help in the mitigation of the crisis or problem by finding the ways to overcome that situation.
Therefore, focus will be put on the process of collaboration. Within the organizational structure, there is the requirement of working with the other employees of the organization with the collaborative manner. The involvement of collaborative performances can help me to lead successful teamwork. I also will involve strategic leadership practices within my world. Without the presence of proper leadership activities, organizational tasks cannot be performed strategically. Collaboration or negotiation is the major goal of counselling. The collaboration process in the counselling offers opinions, concerns, curiosity and new ideas for the performances of counselling practices with the successful ways.
As argued by Garbacz (2019), with the adoption of the strategic leadership practices employees of the organizational can be able to perform their works in a more efficient manner.
