Antibodies in a patient after the onset of a specific illness were found 235 days in the patient’s blood even though they have recovered from the illness. The standard deviation is known to be 16 days. In a new study consisting of a sample of 59 recovered patients, antibodies were still detected in the blood 242 days after the onset of a specific illness.
