Policy lever- It is used by any organisation, whether a company, school or non-profit organisation or any government entity, which could be a municipality, county, federal government or state government to make use of psychological services. These organizations can use the policy lever as a tool to make changes in public services. Policy lever is any law or regulation, by-laws, government goals and frameworks. Hence, it is legislative, administrative and regulatory. 
Unintended consequences could be any consequences that are unexpected. This could be anything, which are common, hard to predict and evaluate. This may come through counterproductive policies. Positive consequences of the policy could be that it will streamline all the processes in the system. It will help drive the economy in a better way. Negative consequences of the policy are dissatisfaction among the people or even boycott of the policy by the members. 
The expected short-term outcome could be a change in knowledge, skills and behavior. Skills can be adopted within few days. Similarly, knowledge can be gained at any time ranging a number of days. Behavior cannot be changed instantly, however it takes time, but in a...
