inesses are getting more volatile than ever before. IT organisations have many direct associations with the customers which helps them to gauge lot of touch point in the process. They can also comprehend he demands in many scenarios that is perhaps more prompt to capitalise on the trends. Therefore, future management of activities needs to be concentrated on the core demand in order to make sure that key investments are made effectively or efficiently possible. Demand management by the IT organisation is not a singular task rather a developed organisational capability. Working in close proximity with all five primary enablers of the organisation builds highest-value of IT opportunities. This will help in harnessing more value for the organisation since demand assessment and creation will make the teams more proactive. Furthermore, active management of the demand can enable the IT organisation to experience more effective working partnerships with the different business stakeholders.
Answer 2. Many stakeholders have argued about demand management by IT not as a single process rather holistic bundle of several activities. Even if one of the key organizational enablers for effective demand management is missing then it would hamper with the balance of the services and products with reference to the abilities of consuming resources along with supplies. Furthermore, it might also generate lack of proper resource management, poor quality of product, poor customer engagement and experience. Each of the key enablers has a defined role to play in the process thereby making it a mutually exclusive list.
