Electronic Arts is the third largest US based gaming company listed organization founded in the
1982 and deals in manufacturing and distribution of video games ( Electronic Arts Inc, 2013).
Primary objective of this analysis is to evaluate Electronic Arts position in the market by
conducting a competitor and environmental analysis (SWOT). It will assist in understanding
strong and weak points of the company vis-à-vis industrial standards (Armstrong, et al., 2009).
