Rationale/Purpose of Research
The purpose of the research is to explore economic, cultural and social community for gauging of the impacts of tourism development and sustainability. The advancement of technology and information is rapidly changing life. Therefore, it reveals both negative and positive effects on the lives of human beings. The motto is to see how sustainable tourism development is bringing a new ray of hope.
Methods
The methods used for the study is descriptive qualitative research methodology. The data was conducted by interviewing several Village officials and tourism team workers. The secondary data is equally used. It is used for gathering data and information, which obtained from office in village like Kutuh Petulu (Pemayun, Suryanata, Nurcita & Yunita, 2019). Harrod-Domar’s Economic Growth is used for securing higher economic growth. The increase in investments and savings can also be increased from this.
Perspectives of Sustainable Tourism Development
For bringing sustainable tourism development, Theory of Social and Cultural Change is used for tourists to interact and socialise in a changing environment. Social and cultural changes have been balanced for maintaining sustainability. Harrod-Domar’s Economic Growth is used for adjusting the losses, which the village got. These theories bounce up sustainability by maintaining climatic changes. The maintenance of birth, growth and perfection can induce sustainability in tourism.
Key Findings and Conclusions
Harrod Domar’s theory strengthened the national economic activity and reduced the problems of labour use. Availability for more capital can reduce the harmful toxic effects and maintain cleanliness. Finally, the development tourism and maintaining of sustainability expands the opportunities of employment for people in both rural and city areas.
Personal Reflections
I personally feel that this article is apt in describing that economic conditions are a pivotal factor in the contribution of sustainability. The application of theories mentioned, in my opinion, is appropriate for the researchers to understand the changing norms of society, which reflect the environment.

Rationale/Purpose of Research
The purpose of the study is to focus on the responsibilities of stakeholders for development of sustainability in the protected areas. The responses coming from both the residents and tourists of protected areas. The places of response field are Annapurna Conservation Area and Chitwan National Park in Nepal. Tourism sustainability evaluated impacts of six tourism subscales, measuring positive and negative environmental impacts. Theoretical and methodological options will be discussed.
