Angel is 45 year female who was admitted to your ward with a history of abnormal vaginal bleeding after having sex. The patient is concern because she just found out that she is 2 weeks pregnant and might be having a spontaneous abortion.

}She also complains of abdominal pain, has a poor appetite and mild constipation. A blood test revealed  Hb7.4. Vital signs T37.2, P88 R18. On examination patient has a large cervical mass. A biopsy was taken and confirmed an invasive cervical carcinoma at stage IIB.

Develop a plan of care.

The nursing care must include 2 nursing diagnoisis. One short term and long term goal for each diagnosis, nursing interventions and evaluations.
