André the Giant (a well-known professional wrestler) was suffering from Gigantism and
Acromegaly. These conditions demonstrate the same pathological mechanism but differ on the
basis of age of onset. In fact, Gigantism occurs when a child’s growth gets accelerated due to the
production of excessive Growth Hormone (GH). Such abnormal quantity of growth hormone
