Introduction
    Patrick Lyoya while driving his car disobey
ed the traffic signal. As a result of this the police officers tried to stop him. Instead, Patrick tried to run away with his car. He even tried to wrestle with the police officer over his taser which is a firing weapon consisting of wires attached to batteries and which causes temporary paralysis. The police officer unable to arrest Patrick with his taser shot him in the Grand Rapid at the state of Michigan which caused his death. The entire incident of fatal shooting took place in a traffic stoppage and Patrick Lyoya was a person from the black community which raged numerous questions.
Analysis
    Patrick Lyoya was a 26-year person belonging to the black community and also a Congolese refugee. He was shot dead by the police officer of Grand Rapids police station. The police officer who has a scuffle with Patrick on the southeast side of the city was Christopher Schurr. There was a video released by the City of Grand Rapids with respect to this incident which was recorded in the close circuit cameras and from the home surveillance system installed in the nearby houses. According to the video footage it was observed that there was a chase on foot which later developed into physical struggle as the police officer took out the taser and shot Patrick. The video also showed that Schurr later forced Patrick to face-down on the ground and shot him at the back of his head.
    According to the autopsy report which was released by Kent County Medical examiner, it was found that the alcohol level in Patrick’s blood was 0.29. This was actually three times higher than the legal limit prescribed by the US government for the drivers driving by...
