1. INTRODUCTION
One of the biggest health problems that have been on constant rise around the world is obesity.
Everyone knows that Obesity is bad and it’s everywhere. The segment of population which is vastly
affected by obesity is of adults and children. This epidemic of obesity has increased gradually over
the time and it has increased the risk of many diseases like anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and
binge-eating. According to the Department of nutrition and food at New York University, the results
of this will be astronomical.
