Analysis of Organizational Health The usefulness of an organizational assessment is characterized by the changes implemented in response to problems or issues identified during the assessment. The results of your assessment, both qualitative and quantitative, should enable you to identify an issue or problem that can be addressed by your leadership POC. The more senior the leader, the more strategic the issue or problem you should highlight. This week’s assignment will demonstrate the issues that you’ve selected to have your leader address and why you’ve chosen to address those specific issues. Also, you will recommend solution(s) that will positively impact those issues, using the results of your assessment as rationale in support of your recommendations. In addition to the impact of the solutions, you will also analyze the impact of the leader’s preferred theory of leadership and evaluate the impact of that theory on the improvement measures you’ve chosen. You have now assessed the health of your organization and can highlight areas of improvement based on your environmental scan. You have data analytics that substantiate your environmental scan results. You have spent time observing and interacting with your leader POC at the organization during normal or routine business hours. Write an analysis in which you address the following: Examine two to three areas for improvement based on the environmental scan that you completed on your organization. Document in detail the implementation of the improvements you will recommend to your leader point of contact. Assess and explain whether the KPIs you selected substantiate or refute the environmental scan results. Analyze the leader’s role in the status of the organization’s environment. Explain the impact he or she has on the KPIs you chose? Support your paper with a minimum of three scholarly resources.
