An insulated rigid container of 2 m3 containing dry saturated steam at 15°C (state 1), is connected through a closed valve to a supply line of steam at 2 MPa and 450°C. The valve opens and steam fl ows into the container till the pressures equalize (state 2) and then the valve is closed. Now the insulation is removed and the container is brought into contact with the environment at 100 kPa and 20°C till a new equilibrium state is reached (state 3). Find
