An experiment was conducted to compare the true cost of microwave popcorn brands by examining the percentage of popped kernels. Independent random samples of six packages of buttered microwave popcorn (all weighing the same) were obtained for each of four different brands. Each bag was popped, and the percentage of popped kernels was measured. An ANOVA test resulted in the test statistic f = 7.69 and MSE = 2.72. The sample means are given in the following table.
