The laws you discuss should include the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Act, and the Voting Rights Act of 1965. There are various laws in USA which prohibits the discrimi
nation against individuals and society. The American with Disabilities Act, 1990 is a civilian right regulation which prohibit discrimination against person with incapacities in various parts of community lifespan including transportation, occupations, all public and personal properties exposed to universal. The law provides the equal rights and opportunities to disabled people like general public. There are five titles that deals with different five public areas for people with disabilities. Under title 1 there is equal opportunity provision for all the people including people with disabilities at every place. Under title II, the provisions are defined for non- discrimination based on disability in local and state government services (Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration & Management). In title III, the provisions are defined related to non- discrimination based on disability by public accommodation and in commercial facilities.
