Unit code and title
                                Abstract
The research question in this paper is discussing about the people need to be self-aware for self-report personality inventories to be useful. That means that filling the questioner form by personally need any self-awareness about the filling the form or not and is it useful to get the accurat
e that is reliable result from the respondents.
About the all the analysis done is suggested that to people need to be self-awareness about the surveys as to achieve the reliable data and t make the appropriate conclusions. The self-awareness has the positive relations with the other aspects of the behavior. By using the all the statistical analysis found there is pattern or the association between the aspects as well as with self-awareness. In the 542 responses 80% of the responses from the females only may we can say that there will be most self-awareness need to the female people than the male people as to achieve the reliable data.
There is positive relation of the self-awareness with the 10 aspects. Mostly with the industriousness which means industriousness will affect the self-awareness highly that is with 27.4% chance of 99.9% confidence. The above all analysis is showing that that there is some relation whether it is positive or negative. So we can claim that there is need of the self-awareness about the surveys for the respondents. The researchers also need to familiarize the respondents as to answer the each question with the proper understanding of the each question. So there need to be self-awareness about their self and the surveys.
Do people need to be self-aware for self-report personality inventories to be useful?
                                Introduction
The research topic on the people self-aware about self-report personality inventories. This will lead us to know that are we getting the accurate or correct responses from the respondents. This analysis is very important in the surveys because if we get the reliable responses from the respondents then only we can get the result reliable or accurate result. Those results will be useful in the future analysis and to know the targeted results from the survey. If the respondent was not aware of the survey that is what we are supposed to gather the information from the people then they may hesitate to give the Reponses or they may give unknown response which is no reliable. In the first case that is information loss from the responses. So need to be questionnaire is clear to the respondents or need to give some sample of surveys.
Also need to frame the questions which will be acceptable by the respondents and they won’t hesitate to give the response to the particular question. The self-awareness about the individual person need to be known for their sake. If the people went to the hospital the doctor will ask some basic questions about the patient health which the patient needs to answer. If the patient is un-aware about himself of the basic questions then the doctor will not get clear picture about the problem of patient. If the patient will give the responses as clear that time itself half percentage of problem will be solved and the disease will be easily diagnosed.
In the above explained about the self-awareness which is important to get the reliable conclusion of any study. Whatever the survey conducted for the people that will be framed as to achieve the goals as to improve the human life necessaries of make them happy. If in the surveys they give un-aware of the responses that will lead to wrong conclusion and finally it will lead to wrong policy formulation. In the surveys where the surveys did in the rural areas the people mostly uneducated so they won’t understand the questionnaires and also they won’t give any importance to the surveys. So as to get the good result from the respondents need to be aware themself first then only will get the survey specific question responses as reliable as clear.
                                Method
The data for this study and analysis is collected by the survey and saved in the proper format which will be easy to analyze to make conclusions about the research topic. Here we have used some of the statistical methods to analyze the survey data. The statistical techniques...
