Histogram would tell me if data is normally distributed or is skewed. If histogram has
bell s
haped, it is normally distributed. If it has a tail towards left of right it is skewed. For a
positively skewed data I can say that there are very few observations with high percentage
alcohol. For a negatively skewed data I can say that there are very few observations with low
