While in the hospital, Albert receives the following drugs: • Nitroglycerin tablet sublingual prn for chest pain • Nifedipine Extended Release (ER) orally every 6 hours • Mycelex Troche twice a day • Clorafan 500 mg intravenously (IV) • Insulin subcutaneous injections every morning • Garamycin optic solution, 2 drops to each eye, 3 times per day • Fentanyl transdermal patch every 12 hours.
