MBS 665 BUSINESS VALUATION (Individual Assignment) INTERNAL STUDENT Critique of Article (20%) The student is required to carry out a critique of an article relating to the subject of business valuation. THREE articles will be posted on LMS for the students to choose. The student is only required to carry out a critique on ANY ONE of the articles posted. The student is required to submit a copy of the article chosen and a 1000 words report of their critique of article. The report must be written in the form of a Word document and the student is to submit both a hard copy as well as an electronic copy. This assignment is an individual piece of work and is worth 20%. The due date for the assignment will be on Session 8 of the semester. Suggested areas of focus of the report • What are the key issue(s) in the case? • How do the issues in the article relate to the topics in this unit? • How do you evaluate the main issues in the case? • Based on your knowledge obtained from the course, what are your comments/opinion relating to the case?
