Ageism. Why were nursing homes/deaths of our elders so acceptable at the start of COVID?  Why is the term "retirement jobs" acceptable for those who have to work (not desire to but HAVE to) in their 70s and above?  Why are our elders seen as not deserving of the same civil liberties and rights as one just a decade lower in age?
