In this paper we will discuss about two job descriptions of
two different companies for the same post. This will help us to analyse the different needs of companies, their work culture, compensation and hiring policies. The position is for business development and volunteering. The names of the companies are Blue Dragon which is a children’s foundation in the NSW and the other is Kick Start Kids International in Australia.
