Government's fourth department is the administrative law agency. However, the public often is not aware of the important role these organizations play, nor do they know that they regularly interact with state, local, and federal administrative law agencies. Administrative and federal agencies that work at the local, state, and federal levels include: regulatory enforcement, zoning, animal control, Florida Department of Commerce and Professional Regulation, Environmental Protection organization, FAA, FCC, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and others.
Choose one of these areas/agencies to research, and consider the impact of the chosen administrative lawagency;
Congress created the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) at the end of 1970 to mnake sure that workers have healthy and safe working situations. OSHA also provides training, outreach, education, and assistance. Many private sector employers as well as their staff are covered by the Occupational Safety and Health Act, or a few employers or workers public sector in certain regions moreover jurisdictions under 50 states and federal jurisdiction (Baral, 2018). A few of these jurisdictions include American Samoa, Virgin Islands, Wake Island, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and Johnston Island, in addition to outer shelf land as explained by the outer shelf land law.
