The individual report will include also a personal Gantt chart, risk analysis, and learning reflection.Criteria for assessment• Quality and professionalism of e-journal and mapping• Quality of the discussion about where the student would like to be (professional goals) in five years based on the Industry Analysis elaborated in Assignment 3 (or an extension/update).• Clarity in the explanation of personal development needs linked to the skills for the information age (SFIA) and professionalism in ICT• Depth of reflection and careful analysis about your future, presented in a well-constructed coherent manner.• Depth of reflection on teamwork, conflict resolution and ethical behavior. • Accuracy of planning (Gantt chart and risk analysis) to reach the professional goals.
