Description.
Comprises a Mahara e-portfolio with e-journal (professional diary over weeks 3-12) mapped to SFIA and ACS skills and competencies, cover letter, resume and a three-year professional plan linked to SFIA and professionalism in ICT. The individual report will include also a personal Gantt chart, risk analysis, and learning reflection.




Criteria for assessment
• Quality and professionalism of e-journal and mapping
• Quality of the discussion about where the student would like to be (professional goals) in five years based on the Industry Analysis elaborated in Assignment 3 (or an   extension/update).
• Clarity in the explanation of personal development needs linked to the skills for the information age (SFIA) and professionalism in ICT
• Depth of reflection and careful analysis about your future, presented in a well-constructed coherent manner.
• Depth of reflection on teamwork, conflict resolution and ethical behavior. • Accuracy of planning (Gantt chart and risk analysis) to reach the professional goals.
