Click OK to close the New Customer window

To add a new job, select Thomas Dent in the Customer List, then right-click to display the pop-up menu. Select Add Job.

Enter the following job information.

Job Info:

Job Type                                                              Residential

From the Customer Center, export to Excel or print the Customer List.

When exporting to Excel, remember to select Advanced Excel Options:

1.       Uncheck Space between columns

2.       Check Row height

3.       Uncheck Include QuickBooks Export Guide worksheet with helpful advice

4.       Select On printed report and screen

Close the Customer Center
