[2] 1.5 Project Complexity Generally, the whole website depends on a server. A developer must choose the best services such as apache and ngnix. When the developer changes any updating to the website at that time user face difficulty to provide service for patients. 1.6 Potential Benefits The patient can retrieve medical records through the website and whether the booking has been confirmed or not with the doctor. 1.7 Feasibility Statement 1.7.1 Cost for technology This patient website requires good webserver software and high-speed internet connectivity. The patient can book their appointment through the website but traditional approach the patient has to go manually. 2. Business Assessment 2.1 Situation Assessment and Problem Statement The population of the city is too much so whenever the patients come to the hospital, they wait for their turn. It gives the facility to those people who are serious in condition and need urgent treatment, so this system provides the facility to urgent booking for serious condition patients. 2.2 Options considered · Customer register on the application · After register customer can log in to the system · When the customer reaches the website, he can book a doctor for surgery. 2.3 Consultation When a lot of patients request a website at the same time server gets slow which will increase the risk for the customer. If the website does not HTTPS certification that is a risk for an organization. It is mandatory to make the website protected from many attackers they cannot steal information about the user.
