Activity 4A:With this question below you have to think about feedback methods/strategies you can use with a group as well as an individual. How would you check if the group has made progress and how you get feedback.Also think about the TYPES of feedback you want about a group such as feedback on the CONTENT eg what is talked about in the group especially if it’s a learning / educational group and you also want feedback on the PROCESS of a group and how effective the strategies were that you used as a facilitator in achieving group outcomes

This is a strategy where the team leader provides positive feedback statements so that they can discuss about the different areas of improvement in between team members (Sarkany & Deitte 2017).
