Activity 2 aims at developing a methodology for investigating the current case project information and communications system. Conduct a team brainstorming session to decide on your strategy and scope for the conduct of this activity. Investigate and document the following (not exhaustive):  Review the case project background, history, delivery process etc. (Make sure you have a good understanding of the project size, complexity and risks)  Develop a methodology for researching the current case project information and communication system (framework, process, input data, resources, timing, sequence of tasks, etc)  Consider using Project Health Check as part of your methodology  Evaluate your methodology against the Assignment Brief to ensure it is a correct approach  Develop a schedule to complete the rest of the project phase (including Activities 3 and 4)  Compile Assignment 2, refine and submit  Complete and submit the Peer Rating (for teamwork and group benchmarking modes only)  Perform the SCA and PCA assessments on your peers
