The delivery of proper focus on the unique features of the perpetrator can help in the making of clear observation regarding the fact that has already happened. The clear analysis of those factors can allow me to prepare myself as the better eyewitness. Memory is playing the pivotal role to perform the role of an effective eyewitness of any situation. Presence of sharp memory can help in the tracing of the innocent person in the matter that causes issues. But in case of using memory for the identification of the innocent person from an event there is the requirement of the proper testing conditions (Otgaar, Howe, Merckelbach & Muris, 2018). The testing process with the proper contexts can allow the eyewitness to prepare evidence in favour or against the matter.
