According to the World Health Organization (2014), cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of non-communicable deaths globally. For this task:
 Briefly describe the current state of CVD in a country of your choice, and the population group(s) most affected.  Investigate and critically analyse interventions to address ONE of the key risk factors affecting CVD in that country.  Conclude how effective the intervention(s) have been and what could be done to improve their success.
