The organization is a team of dedicated employees which works for the educating and engaging the customers by providing them assistance for keeping well. It manufactures and distributes the health and wellness products at national level and works for providing a natural approach to health.
Business Model:
It is a plan that the company’s use to make profits by identifying the products and services of the company, the target customers and the expenses that has to be made. These business plans are needed to be updated as per the requirement to attract employees, investment and also for managing and motivating the existing staff members. The investors, suppliers, distributors and the shareholders review the business plan of the organization and then only show its interest in the company ("Understanding Business Models", 2019). The Business Model of Latureae provides opportunities to the stakeholders by the identification of the primary and the secondary activities for running the sustainable business.
Porter’s Five Forces Model:
This is a model that helps the business to grow and earn the competitive edge through the support of primary and secondary activities. The Primary activities of the Business:
The Primary activities are the activities that focus on the development of the products, then the distribution of those products and then these activities offer services after the sale of the products. The Primary activity of the Latureae Business is to development sustainable wellness and health products and distributes these products at the national and the local level and also provides sustainability to its stakeholders as after sales service (2019). These Primary Activities of Latureae are comprised of certain sub-activities and these are as follows:
1. Inbound Activities: In this activity the business interacts with the suppliers. The company interacts with the suppliers at the national and local level for gathering the sustainable raw materials for developing standard products. There are approximately 2,000 suppliers of the company that provides with different organic raw materials.
Sub-Activity: Developing a communication plan for effective communicating with the supplier.
