A stun gun delivers a high-voltage, low-amperage electrical shock to an attacker. In certain states, cities, and countries the use of this self-protection device is restricted or even illegal. Independent random samples of stun gun owners in cities, suburban areas, and rural areas were obtained. Each stun gun was examined, and the voltage (in thousands of volts) on the device was carefully measured in a single test.
a. Conduct an analysis of variance test to show that there is evidence of an overall difference in population mean stun gun voltage
b. Construct the Tukey 95% confidence intervals to isolate the pairs of means contributing to the overall difference.
c. Draw a graph to represent the results of the multiple comparison procedure in part (b).
