Mean CFC score (µ) = 3.51
Standard deviation CFC score (σ) = 0.61
a) Calculated Z value = (X- µ)

Here, X= 4.2
Hence, z score = (4.2-3.51)/0.61 = 1.13
The above value makes sense since the observed value of CFC score is higher than the mean score by
1.13 times the standard deviations....
