Hence, in such a situation, according to Baghi (2015), self-control could be used to control the surrounding individuals with the help of servant leadership style, which is a combination of compassionate working with the maximum outcome from their employees. The foremost advantage of servant leadership is the sense of belongingness by the employee from company. Employee tends to feel that they are making equal in gains of company. Thus, employees not only bond with their leader, but also readily trust them for their wellbeing.

(2014), organisation would become a place that will give more importance to the employees than to their own organisational needs. Thus, when the employees view that their leaders are holding them with more esteem, they will also be compelled to consider themselves as liable to fulfilling the organisational goals and objectives.
