A proposed new garden layout is shown below. The new design is for a landscaped lawn and elliptical pond, secured by new vertical boarded timber fencing. Currently, the entire triangular area is used as a car park and has concrete/hardcore surfacing to an approximate depth of 300 mm over the whole site. From the dimensions of the initial site survey shown, estimate the following:

• The length of new timber fencing required.

• The amount of concrete/hardcore to be broken up and carted off site.

• The area of new turf required to cover the garden allowing for the new pond.
