A polymorphic worm uses code morphing techniques to obfuscate its decryption code while a metamorphic worm uses code morphing techniques to obfuscate the entire worm. Apart than the amount of code that must be morphed, why is it more difficult to develop a metamorphic worm than a polymorphic worm? Assume that in either case the worm must carry its own morphing engine (see Problems 25 and 26).
