Learning is not only an inevitable part of the lives of the one who study or work in an organization it is essential for everyone who wants to grow and evolve at their respective places. Learning is perceived as a process of acquiring and inheriting new knowledge, understanding, behavior, skills, values, attitude and preferences. There is not any certainty regarding the learning as some learnings take place immediately in a single event while in certain cases learning is accumulated and inherited through repeated experiences (Azorín, Harris & Jones, 2020).
