Introduction
The main idea of this assignment is to understand that a male only priesthood is not doing justice to the Catholic Church. Whether it is true or not can be judged and understood by analysing the questions given below. Although the Catechism of the Catholic Church focuses on men and only allows them to receive the holy orders. This understanding and perception has been created since Jesus had already chosen his men as apostles so that collaborators can also succeed and even be part of the Ministry. Teaching Christianity by the priest be it male or female is also a definitive part of the learning and understanding religion.

The Catholic Church is a global community of believers which is said to have been founded by Jesus Christ over nearly two thousand years ago. The Catholic Church is said to have been part of the diverse and cultural background which mainly focuses on encompassing variety of people within a particular spectrum of political belief and unity. Rather the Catholic Church is Christian. It is rather the responsibility of the church to interpret and teach the people certain important theology to the people and even administer significant rituals that the parishioners demand for. There is also said to be recruitment and training of new clergy so that church resources can be managed and handled well (aboutcatholics.com, 2018).
In simple and straight words, the mission of the Catholic Church is mainly to continue the work of Jesus Christ and to make people love him and respect him. Church is generally perceived by the idea of developing and innovating human connection with the Almighty. Be it the trending belief or alignment of or inclination towards dominant culture, all of it works critically towards developing the right side of the story. And even proclaiming deemed backward idea as well as staying out of touch with presence of expressive individualism (Olsen, 2014). There is even a combination of teaching and preaching which solely concerns development of actual purpose, goal and essential elements of Catholic Church. Catholic doctrines make sure there is lesser hostility and presence of secular cultural which even though defensive allows a divisive and enlightened aspect to the preaching of the Church. Teaching of Lord Jesus Christ includes devotion to God and having kindness in one’s behaviour towards each other. It is the divine truth which focuses on teaching important doctrines and even engaging people as a growing seed with eternal life and presence of spiritual progress.
