The purpose of this assignment is for you to gain experience in addressing selection criteria for a graduate entry role in your area of interest. Task description: Choose one job advertisement from the list below and prepare responses to ALL the selection criteria. Total word limit is 750 words. You should use the STAR technique to structure each response. Additional information: • Choose ONE of the following job descriptions. • In your responses to the selection criteria of your chosen job, ensure that you provide relevant examples of experience, ability or personal qualities where appropriate. • Utilise experiences from the last 2-3 years, or the most relevant experiences, to emphasise your skills. • You must respond to all the selection criteria for your chosen job. • Your response must be formatted in a professional and presentable manner in a Word document. • Your response is being assessed on its professional suitability and how you link your skills / qualities with experiences you have had. The role of research assistant is designed to support projects within the Program, led by Professor A and Dr B, to test new immunotherapy treatments (specifically CART cell therapy) in solid tumors. This will involve testing in primary cancer cells and mice.
Relevant Criteria One: Bachelor Degree and Work Experience
As the task needs bachelor degree, I have obtained the bachelor degree in immunology to have fully functional approach to the given tasks. Also, I Have learnt during the course about the stem cell culture, the basic concepts are clear about the course.
