to streamline and coordinate the performance of data
processing and storage activities in their outfits to foster

work performance, these professionals regularly examine the
quality of information that they produce.
(i). Discuss four categories of Information System professionals
that a typical large business organization may have; and for
each category, explain (in your own words) what they do on
daily basis and skills they need to succeed in their work.
(ii). Explain qualities (or characteristics) that users expect
information that they produce to have, so as to be considered
useful for decision-making; and give practical examples to
illustrate your answer.
(iii). In your own words, explain how feedback fits into the inputprocessing-output-storage chain, in the context of computerbased information systems, for useful information to be
produced for use in business organizations.
