The number of hospital visits per year made by people in each city and the x-y coordinates of each city are listed in the file P06_83.xlsx. The county’s goal is to minimize the total distance that patients must travel to hospitals. Where should it locate the hospitals? (Hint: You will need to determine the distance between each pair of cities. An easy way to do this is with lookup tables.)
