A client with a tracheostomy tube coughs and dislodges the tracheostomy tube. The nurse's first action should be to:
1. Call for emergency assistance.
2. Attempt reinsertion of tracheostomy tube.
3. Position the client in semi-Fowler's position with the neck hyperextended.
4. Insert the obturator into the stoma to reestablish the airway.
