A client who is taking an adrenergic antagonist for hypertension complains of dizziness when first getting out of bed in the morning. The nurse should advise the client to:
1. Move slowly from the recumbent to the upright position.
2. Drink a full glass of water before rising to increase vascular circulatory volume.
3. Avoid sleeping in a prone position.
4. Stop taking the medication.
