This response should be written as a general blurb for a client so it needs to be in client friendly, user friendly language. What they’ll find there, why it’s useful, how it could be used. Sort of “sell” the website. You could do it in a poster format if that works better for you. There’s a lot of information on the website, so you need to try and make it as simple as possible to entice a client to engage in it.
b)What are your views of resource-centred as opposed to relationship-centred models of career service delivery?
You need to explain resource centred and relationship centred but really we’re looking for your view on each of these models. Are they good/bad? What do you think?
