If we have a use case that requires 15% of the cars in our region to have V2V, and we would like to be able to perform this use case by 2022, what percentage of new cars each year will need to have V2V? This will need to take into account new vehicle sales (B7.5 million per year), and the average age of the fleet (B11.4 years in the United States). The output can be a graph showing the growth in V2V cars.
