Introduction
Adolescent is the evolution period between the childhood and adulthood. It is a period of many psychological and physiological transformation. It is during this period the adolescents suffers from stress and depression (Byrne, Davenport & Mazanov, 2007). Adolescents face number of stressors while balancing the wants in schools, community and in their family. Further, the stress in the adolescents increases due to changes in the brain which is caused by hormonal changes (Romeo, 2014).
