a) Ask one of your seniors to video you or write a detailed observation of you carrying out the following hygiene practices:


•    Hand washing
•    Preparing a formula feed
•    Preparing a meal or snack
•    Dealing with a spillage

•    Disposing of waste paper, nappies and food.



Remember to use the right protective clothing. Once you’ve finished this, ask for feedback from your senior as to whether you are doing things correctly and where you might need to improve.
