A 40-year-old woman presents with isolated cervical LAD with no fever, night sweats, or weight loss. A lymph node biopsy is performed and histopathology reveals small lymphocytes and rare Reed-Sternberg cells. Staging is done with MRI and she is found to have disease limited to one cervical nodal group. How would one classify her disease and what would be her prognosis?
