The mother also reports that her son cannot concentrate on any task lasting longer than just a few minutes. Teachers at his school report that the patient is more active compare to two other students. He was born at term why vaginal delivery but he had three episodes of otitis media at 2 years of age. He had high serum bilirubin for which he had undergone phototherapy as a sequele of which child developed dehydration and was further treated for that . He has made all the developmental milestones. His father had exophthalmos, peritibial edema and lid retracted . examination shows that the patient turns his head briefly towards examiner and sometimes make eye contact when spoken to but doesnot respond to direct questions and continue to play with objects in physician office . He interrupts his mother and the physician frequently during the exam to express his wish to to go outside and eat a snack .
